Google PageSpeed Insights is a website analytics tool which helps to optimize the performance and the quality of a web site. First it analyse the web site and then it generates suggestions to make the page fast.

In Google Developer Tools, it is listed under PageSpeedTools.

More importantly this analysis is performed on desktop as well as for mobile devices.

Basically PageSpeed Insights gives a rating value out of 100 with a performance level, summary and suggestions on each platform in two tabs;
